Hourly support

"One-to-One" support comes with 1, 4, 8, and 16 hours of dedicated support from our technical experts during working days and business hours, including call support via Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom Calls. Our team operates in the Indian time zone (IST), but we are happy to consider matching your preferred time if it falls within the IST daytime. It's optional, but we'll do our best to accommodate if developers are available during the requested time.

Privilege Support

Select priority support from 7 to 90 days based on your requirements with a TAT of 12 hours during working and business hours, including call support via Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom Calls. Customers have access to one call per day with a maximum duration of 15 minutes to consult with the technical team.

Standard Support

A standard ticket-based support with a TAT of 24 hours during working days and business hours With the initial module purchase, you are entitled to standard support.

Prerequisite of Privilege Support Service

  • Magento Back End and FTP access should be provided to solve the issue or for any assistance
  • Support service will be provided Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm IST (GMT +5:30)
  • Support service does not include addition module development or customization or resolving third party conflict issue. However, we will guide customer on all issue to appropriate solution
  • Support service is non-refundable service.
  • Support service will not be provided on TeamViewer or via any screen sharing application
  • Support service after office hour will be schedule based on prior information and confirmation from MageDelight.
  • Support Service applicable to extensions purchased through Magedelight.com
  • Privilege support* duration is 180 days from the day of purchase.
