A group of engineers’ of IBT team had a vision for their new ebusiness venture, not related to information technology but the actual ecommerce marketplace ebusiness presence. They connected with Krish TechnoLabs to realize their dream ebusiness endeavor and launch the first e-marketplace in the German market with the brand name as Kaufsana Marketplace. IBT team, with its carefully crafted business plan of implementing the online marketplace web store, aims to provide e-business platform for online vendors, through which it will fill gap between end customers and vendors through this e-commerce application bridge.

Challenge
With a vision to reach customers in markets across Germany, Turkey, UK and Middle east, IBT team wanted to localize their website. As they realized that buyers wish to search the products in their own local language so the products information was also need to localized. Therefore, with the need to develop the website in four languages viz English, Turkish, German and Arabic, with the default language being German. Additionally, as the vendors were native, to give them the simplicity of operations it was essential to give them the operate the vendor panel in German and Turkish dialect which enable them to include the product data in the two dialects. To carry out such a challenging task without spending a fortune, IBT team had to take a smart approach to create multilingual marketplace by partnering with Krish. Aside from this other complex was to make distinctive UI/UX for food products to differentiate it with the non-food products and furthermore it had diverse classification structure.
Approach
Krish have a plenty of experience creating the multilingual websites for our clients based in different countries. With this experience, we crafted the most appealing design for the website by considering the aspect of multiple languages and different design and user experience for the food section which dramatically conveys the difference in main categories of the website also make it stand out as first ever marketplace with this concept in Germany. - Conveyed a site that effortlessly switches between German, Turkish, Arabic and English. The whole site is completely translated.
- Arabic dialect focused ideal to right to left (RTL) screen inclination and pictures rollout
- Making website mobile cordial, to appeal to natives not just in their own languages, but additionally on their own browser.

Result
The result being a productive to greater extent for Kaufsana marketplace with its new online brand store. A full package of extra ordinary features and a customer driven channel helped their customers to witness an expansive scope of food and non-food products like electronics, clothing etc. and equipped them with the handiness of ordering the products and receiving it at their nearest location or at home. This helped IBT group in setting up a long haul association with their customer base and extend their business operation in various nations.
