I at last got some margin to attempt the new GA4 and maintained that a straightforward way should carry out the following code for my M2 store. Since GA4 was just delivered in October 2020, I was apprehensive there wouldn't be a module to address this issue. I was off-base! It works well, as it claims. Makes the entire Universal Analytics data transferable using GTM. I love the hassle-free transition and newer insights of GA 4 for my store.
