Steps to Display Products on the Homepage of Magento 2
Step 1. First of all, open the Magento 2 admin panel and navigate to Content > Pages.
Step 2. As you click on the “Pages”, you’ll see all pages of your online store as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3. After that, find the “Homepage” title and select “Edit” option from the “Select” dropdown list under the “Action” menu.
Step 4. Now, open the “Content” section and click on the “Insert Widget” button.
Step 5. As you click on the “Insert Widget” as shown in the above screenshot, the Insert Widget page will appear as shown below.
In this page, click on the dropdown list of Widget Type and select “Catalog Products List” option.
Then, in the next screen, you’ll a “Conditions” attribute in which you need to select “Category” from the options and choose the category that you would like to display on the homepage of your Magento 2 store.
Once you’ve selected the “Category”, click on the “Insert Widget” button.
Step 6. Now, go back to the “Content” page and find an icon for “Products” as shown in below screenshot.
Then, click on the “Save Page” button to finish the process.
