  • Select Catalog New Products List in the Type field.
  • Select your theme in the Design Theme field.
  • Click on the Continue button.

Next, expand the Storefront Properties section and do the following:

  • Write a title for the new widget in the Widget Title field.
  • Choose a store view in which you want to display the new widget in the Assign to Store Views field.
  • Mention a sort order for the new widget in the Sort Order field.

Step - 7

Now, expand the Layout Updates section and click on the Add Layout Update button.

Step - 8

After that, expand the Layout Updates section and do the following:

  • Select Specified Page in the Display On field.
  • Set up a custom page where you want to display the new products widget in the Page, Container, and Templates fields.
  • Click on the Save button when everything is done.

Step - 9

Next, go to the Widget Options section and do the following:

  • Select New Products in the Display Type field.
  • Select YES in the Display Page Control to specify the number of products per page.
  • Mention the number of products you want to display in the Number of Products to Display field.
  • Configure the Cache Lifetime and click on the Save Changes button to finish the process.
