In order to manage customer order returns efficiently in your Magento 2 store, first, you need to get the Magento 2 RMA Extension.
Once you’ve purchased and installed the RMA extension, you need to configure it properly in your Magento 2 store.

After you’ve successfully configured the RMA extension, you need to follow the below steps to manage customer order returns in your Magento 2 store.
Step 1.
First of all, login to your admin panel and navigate to Stores > RMA > RMA List.
Here, you’ll see all the order return requests generated by your customers once you’ve configured the RMA extension.
Step 2.
Once you start receiving order return requests, you can manage them from the RMA list.
Simply click on the Edit button of any order return request as shown below.
Step 3.
As you’ll click on the edit button, you’ll see a screen as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 4.
Here, scroll down to the Status dropdown field and select A Valider if you want to approve the order return request from the customers.
Step 5.
Lastly, click on the Save button from the top-right corner to finish the process.
